1. Use of Services

1.1 Resource Usage

Excessive use of CPU, bandwidth, or disk space that disrupts the shared hosting environment is not permitted. If your usage exceeds plan limits and affects other customers, Purvaco Technology Pvt Ltd may take corrective action.

1.2 Executable Scripts

Executable scripts (such as CGI) that consume disproportionate CPU time may be:

• Assigned lower priority,
• Required to be modified, or
• Disabled.

Non-compliance will be treated as server abuse.

1.3 Background Processes

Running continuous or unattended background processes without prior written consent is prohibited. All code may be reviewed before execution. Unauthorized background processes will be considered server abuse.

1.4 Adult or Pornographic Content

Hosting or distributing pornographic material is not allowed. Exceptionally, softcore erotic art may be permitted only with written approval.

1.5 Prohibited Content

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Pirated/copyrighted software or media,
• Warez distribution,
• Malicious applications or scripts,
• Hacking/cracking related material.

Violations will result in immediate account termination.

1.6 Server Abuse

Any actions deemed abusive toward servers or network resources will result in instant suspension or termination.

1.7 Email Abuse (Spam)

Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial emails (spam) is prohibited and will lead to account termination.

1.8 Free Reselling

Reselling services free of charge (e.g., hosting accounts, FTP, MySQL, bandwidth, licenses, etc.) is not permitted.

1.9 Proxy Websites

Proxy services or similar websites are not allowed.

1.10 Misuse of Hosting Space

Hosting storage must only be used for website-related content. Using space for unrelated file storage is prohibited.

1.11 Audio/Video Hosting

Hosting of MP3 files, streaming audio, or video is not allowed.

1.12 File Hosting

Websites primarily designed for distributing downloadable files are prohibited.

1.13 Bandwidth Usage

Bandwidth may only be used for the hosted website. Hotlinking or serving content to external websites is not allowed.

1.14 Webmail Usage

Webmail is intended for temporary storage only. Customers must download emails regularly through POP3.

1.15 Adult Sites

Adult site hosting is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

2.1 Pre-Pay Basis

All accounts must be prepaid before activation.

2.2 Overdue Payments

Accounts unpaid after 5 days may be suspended. Late fees may apply.

2.3 Re-Activation Fee

Suspended accounts may be subject to a re-activation fee.

2.4 Refunds

Refunds are available if:

• Services are not delivered as advertised, or
• Services malfunction within the first 7 days.

Refunds exclude Domain Registration, SSL, VPS, and Dedicated Server services. Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

2.5 Refund Exceptions (No Refund If):

• Free migration services were used,
• Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy were violated,
• Abusive language was used toward staff,
• Discounted services were purchased.

3. Backups

• Customers are responsible for creating and maintaining their own backups.
• Purvaco Technology Pvt Ltd performs periodic backups, but does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or completeness.
• We are not liable for lost, outdated, or corrupted data, even if caused by our negligence.

4. Resource Usage Restrictions

Customers must not:

• Use 20%+ of system resources for longer than 90 seconds,
• Run unattended/standalone processes or daemons,
• Run web spiders or crawlers on shared servers,
• Use IRC-related software,
• Run torrent applications, trackers, or P2P file sharing (external linking permitted),
• Operate gaming servers (e.g., Counter-Strike, Half-Life),
• Run cron jobs more frequently than once every 15 minutes.

Resource allocation limits per hosting type:

• Standard Shared Hosting: 1% average daily usage
• Cloud Hosting: 10% average daily usage

Violations may result in suspension.

5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

• Applies to all services without fixed resource limits (shared, reseller, VPS, dedicated).
• Ensures all customers benefit from fair distribution of resources.
• Purvaco Technology Pvt Ltd will determine “excessive usage” based on:
  • Duration of activity,
  • Impact on system stability and other users,
  • Type of resource consumed.

If usage is deemed excessive:

• Customers will be notified via email.
• Purvaco Technology Pvt Ltd may:
  • Apply restrictions,
  • Group users with similar usage patterns, or
  • Suspend or terminate the account.

We reserve the right to refuse renewal or discontinue accounts that violate this policy.
